Project Associate

As a Project Associate, you’ll be joining the brand new Delivery team within CECG, whose primary focus is to establish and embed new processes across the entire organisation to improve overall delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to assist with our customer facing, consulting business unit (Compass) projects, as well as all our internal ones too.
This position is based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

What we are looking for
- At least two years experience within a PMO role, or within the Project delivery discipline.
- Experience with delivery tooling (such as GitHub, Confluence, JIRA etc).
- Experience in building and maintaining programme governance documentation (Google slide templates, programme repositories within Google Drive for documentation, RAID logs etc).
- Comfortable capturing minutes and actions, including chasing outstanding actions across our Portfolio of client engagements, programmes and projects.
- Experience in reporting and communicating milestones with stakeholders to highlight progress, risks and issues.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- You can express your disagreement constructively.
- It would be beneficial to have had experience working in Technology, with DevOps or SREs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
What you will do
- Plan and coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
- To support our internal strategy process by assisting with reporting and data capture across all of our client facing engagements, to ensure we can consistently monitor the effectiveness of all our engagements.
- Help to build and maintain a brand new suite of programme and project governance tooling and templates.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets - with a focus on building process workflows to enable consistent project implementation.
- Help to improve and simplify our CECG internal Confluence documentation, for it to become a self-serve hub.
- Help to improve the onboarding process at CECG, including supporting recruitment administrative tasks, as well as helping to streamline the onboarding experience for new CECG team members.
- To assist in the roll out of a new reporting and visualisation tool, focused on making visual all activities across CECG, including programme delivery milestones and statues, as well as progress towards company business objectives and KPIs.
- Plan and perform administrative tasks, such as timesheet management.

- Salary range: €33.000-€50.000 (total compensation including annual performance bonus), depending on experience and seniority
