What we are looking for
If you have a background in journalism, content creation, storytelling, or have a passion for crafting engaging narratives and interacting with tech communities, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone with a natural curiosity for technology and an investigative mindset, who loves talking to people, uncovering great stories from their experience, expertise and work, and turning insights into compelling content.
You should be proactive in gathering information, skilled at packaging it into engaging formats, and comfortable publishing across multiple channels.
We expect excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to engage effectively with both team members and external stakeholders.
A background related to technology is not required but is a strong plus—what matters most is a keen interest in learning and communicating its impact. Any experience in interviewing, social media content creation, event organization or community engagement, is also beneficial.
What you will do
- Help us capture and share the knowledge produced within CECG, working closely with our engineers to extract insights, best practices, and success stories.
- Create compelling content—articles, interviews, case studies, and social media posts—that highlights CECG’s expertise and impact, and share these with the wider tech community.
- Build and grow a thriving community of engineers, by fostering discussions, hosting meetups, and creating CECG engagement with local developer groups around topics that align with CECG’s interests.
- Organize and promote workshops, training, and events to share our engineers knowledge and provide value to local developers.
- Promote CECG’s open positions and help attract top engineering talent.
- Lead initial candidate interactions, serving as the first touchpoint to introduce our culture and values while assessing cultural alignment and fit.
- Own the scheduling and coordination of the interview process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Document and showcase CECG’s working practices as an internal educational tool and external promotional material.

- Salary range: €20.000-€38.000 (total compensation including annual performance bonus), depending on experience and seniority
